Refund policy

For Non-Personalized Items: We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item (From the Time your Tracking Says "Delivered") to request a return. 

To be Eligible for a Return, Your item Must be in the Same Condition that you received it, Unworn or Unused, and in its original Non Damaged Packaging. 

Your Refund will Not Be Processed Until we Recieve the Item Back and it Passes Inspection..! No Exceptions. 

If for some reason the Item Does Not Pass Inspection.. A Message will be sent to You explaining why it Did Not Pass Inspection. (**Details on how an item would fail inspection.)

You then have the Option to Pay Shipping for the Item to be Sent back to you. (We will not Pay Shipping to Send you back your Failed Inspection Items.) Otherwise the Item will be Disposed of and you will Not Recieve the Refund. 

So Please Make Sure the Item Pass Inspection Before you Request a Refund.

If you are Certain your item is eligible for a Return and it Will Pass Inpsection.. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

(We will not Pay to Ship the Item Back to You as well as there will be No Refund On Shipping Labels Purchased to Send the item to us.)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We Promise. 

Every Item is Hand Made and Personally Inspected, and Packaged Carefully to Guarentee You Receive the Item in Perfect Condition. 

Personalized Items: Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items such as Name or Specific Quotes), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale Items, Waffles, or Gift Cards.


Exchanges: We do Offer Exchanges.. However, Please Read Carefully. Your Item Must Also Pass Inspection same as Returns. In unused, unworn Condition, in its Original Non Damaged Packaging. So Please Make sure it will Pass Inspection before You Request an Exchange.

Please be Aware.. You MUST Pay for the Shipping to Send the New Item to you. We Pay for the Return Label, You Pay for New Items Label. 


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original Packaging. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at jaybuggoodies@gmail.com and we will make sure it's addressed immediately.

 

**Some Reasons your Returned item might Fail Inspection. Resulting in No Refund. 

● The Item was used or worn.

● The Item shows Damage due to tampering or tags were removed. 

● The Items Original Packaging is Torn, or Missing or Damaged. 

● The Item you sent back to us was Not a JayBugGoodies Item. 

● We received the item without a Return or Exchange Process started. 

● Any signs of Scamming or Fraud will not be Accepted or Tolerated. You will Be Reported and Blocked.
